Please do not stay here. I never stayed here however I really need to say. People's in the truck stop to the eastern side of the hotel will look through your windows. I'ma trucker myself and contacted dot about a black car hauler looking through windows with binoculars. If you must stay here keep your curtains closed. I can't comment on the hotel itself but this is a warning. Lady's I would not stay here under any circumstances.
The 1st room was not accepted. They had no problem getting us another one. This one was very nice. Since it was cold outside the room was nice and warm. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cold AC, room looks great, smells good, don't see what all the complaints are about. Sixty five dollars with tax and there is soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Been here four hours, linen is fresh, beds are not itchy, the door locks like its supposed to. Ignore the bad reviews. This is a nice room.
The bed was comfortable and clean. It was warm cuz it was cold out. The price was right. It was right off the freeway. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue was the floor had a spot that was rather soft. We were on the first floor. I'm going to give him a four Might have needed a little bit better support under there. Otherwise it was great worked perfect for us.
Never went inside the establishment, waited for someone who does landscaping in the area for a little over 2 hours. The place is very quiet and not alot of busy bodies walking around trying to set up camp for the evening for this area. Very clean atmosphere.
Honestly my fiance & I stayed here last night and really enjoyed ourselves. I'm seeing so many bad reviews on this hotel, but we had no issues at all. It's not a 5 star hotel, but all we cared about is that there weren't any bugs at all, the bed was comfortable, and the blanket that was on the bed was extremely soft. I'd love to know where they got that blanket from. In my opinion if you're just looking for 1 night away and not expecting anything super fancy, but still clean etc this is the place to stay. Also the TV was actually a bigger size that what I've seen in most hotel rooms. I'm pretty blind and usually can't see the TV well, but I was able to see it just fine here. Will definitely be going back one day if we get a hotel room again and if prices are still good.
Stayed here many times over last 10 years, to & from FL and WI & have seen steady room decor improvements. New carpet in main area & flooring in bathroom. Additional appropriate furniture & new microwave & fridge. Queen bed was excellent, although on a 30° night a blanket would have helped the heating unit. Excellent value, better than most budget inns. Reserved room early & very accommodating owners.
It's a cheap motel. You can rent rooms by the week. Pet friendly. Nice reception. Right off the highway.
